In just 4 episodes, learn useful and easy-to-use verification techniques and how to communicate fact checks effectively, discover why fake stories share so well, and learn the best approach to crafting and delivering narratives with the right facts.

EP 1: Communicating Fact Checks Effectively

The problem is, many people don’t take well to being told that they fell for “fake news”. It’s embarrassing – especially if they forwarded it along thinking they’re helping. They might even double down on their false beliefs and get into a fight with you. In this episode, we’ll teach you to communicate fact checks constructively, so that you break down those walls without breaking relationships.

EP 2: Why Do Fake Stories Share So Well

In this episode, you’ll learn why fake stories share so well. We’ll explain the mechanics of how they work, what to look out for, and why they spread, and ultimately, better understand the motivation of those trying to mislead you.

EP 3: How Not To Be Duped By Fake Stories

If we don’t get duped, it’s the first step to stopping such posts from going viral. In this episode, we’ll be showing effective and easy-to-use techniques to verify suspicious stories that you may come across. But don’t stop there, share this video with your community and network so that they can learn to verify their facts as well.

EP 4: Investigative Storytelling

Learn to navigate this tricky information landscape to tell investigative stories well. How do you design a project with built-in points of corroboration so that you can craft a narrative with the best set of facts possible?
